The Rails
During the Christmas holidays, Kostas, a young student, returns to his family home in Athens. While preparing for his birthday, he discovers disturbing photos on his old phone, including mysterious black images that seem to foreshadow a tragic event. Kostas lives out the moments he sees in the photos without knowing what will happen with the mysterious black photo. As Kostas leaves to go to Thessaloniki by train, he reminisces about all the moments he had over the last few days, unaware of what is about to happen. A loud crash stops Kostas's entire journey of nostalgia and finds him inside a magical place where he encounters the apparition of a child who had died in a tragic ship accident decades ago. Kostas discovers that he paid the ultimate price with his life because of the greed of others. A film based on true events.
