"Your guilt will never escape you"
Damien, a young man recently widowed, wakes up from a disturbing nightmare. He does his morning routine, going downstairs for coffee and sits in front of the TV, putting the news on. Soon his wife greets him, grabbing a cup and sitting beside him. As the day goes on, an unsettling feeling that something is wrong. The cabin is too quiet; his wife is acting strange. Soon the truth comes crashing down on him; his wife is dead, and he is responsible. Desperate and scared, he begs for her forgiveness, swearing that he's changed, but she refuses, forcing him to relive what he did. As he spirals and begs for it to stop, Damien must accept the darkest part of himself, unsure if the never-ending nightmare will continue or if he will finally have redemption.
